We are hiring a:

Paid Search Specialist

Specialising in PPC campaigns for a lead generation company

Attractive Salary of 30k – 40k

Great team and atmosphere.

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Working closely with the Head of Paid Media in all new ad account setup
  • Plan and build pay per click (PPC) search campaigns in bulk
  • Regular keyword research, landing page creation and search terms analysis
  • Manage and optimize multiple Google and Microsoft Search Ads campaigns to meet and exceed performance goals

Manage and grow current campaigns

  • Oversee accounts for Google Ads and Bing Adverts as part of SEM, and in the future, Paid Social channels too
  • Ensure best practices are adhered to with regards to strategy, account structure, campaign setup and optimisation
  • Work with the in-house design team to develop persuasive ads and landing pages
  • Develop compelling ad copy that effectively communicates the key benefits of the company’s products/services

Monitor and report your success

  • Analyse campaign data and provide insights to inform future strategies
  • Maintain insightful and cross channel trend reporting
  • Tracking daily KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement or more efficient spend

Taking things to the next level

  • Identify new areas of paid media opportunities for the business
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are utilizing the latest techniques and technologies
  • Conduct A/B tests to continuously improve ad performance and drive cost-effective results (Ads, Landing Pages, Campaigns, etc..)

About You

You must:

  • Be willing to work onsite in Cardiff 5 days per week. This is not a remote role.
  • Have experience working with Microsoft Advertising and Google Ads PPC campaigns.
  • Have managed campaigns with significant budgets in previous roles.
  • Be proficient in Google Analytics and up to date with GA4.
  • Be a confident communicator.
  • Work well in teams.
  • Be a problem solver and enjoy analysing data to get the best results.
